Back in 2019, I went on a camping trip with my family. It was a four-day canoe trip through Algonquin Park in Northern Ontario. Nine family members and three canoes made for a fantastic time. On the third day, we came across a girl named JJ who was looking for her companions. That meeting inspired me to write a story.
